The last 1990 vintage in the cellar; approx 100 liters have been found. Silky texture whisky, mellow and soft, alcohol strength is not felt. Firstly, it appears easy to drink, then it makes enjoy its length and its complexity. The Pedro Ximenez cask has given spicy savors and the ageing gives a great complexity with a beautiful melody of flavors. Ageing is not the only one factor, but it helps to make savors and spirits become well balanced.
Like a classic, it becomes "The Must" of Michel Couvreur Whisky.
