Since several years, we are delighted that our whiskies be distributed in Great Britain by Amathus. In 2018, his 40 yo birthday was the good time to make a special bottling, just for Amathus. Very limited edition because 100 bottles have been made only.
This Single Malt Whisky distilled in Scotland, is a good witness of the cream Sherry maturation (sweet PX cask). Very elegant and subtle, fresh and slightly iodine thanks to the proof spirit, it's enhanced by spicy, warm and dry fruits Sherry flavors. A mellow texture makes it very smooth with a long aftertaste.
Bottled without filtration, at 51% alc./vol. natural strength . 16 years old should be a good ageing because despite be round, it keeps a nice tight.
