How to obtain a young spirit very soft and round. The same spirit as our "Clearach" without water addition and a special selection of casks (Moscatel). The casks are left in the very humid and deep cellar, make loose strong alcohol and makes the spirit becomes smooth. Almond flavors because young cereal spirit, honey, moscatel, very fruity. Nervous and smooth, could remind white fruits spirits.
