Our German distributors have begun to sell whiskies 10 years ago for Whisky For Life and 15 years ago for Bruhler Whisky Haus. It's a nice opportunity to fest this birthday and select a special cask.
Manzanilla Pasada is a wine matured under a veil at Sanluccar de Barrameda, very iodine and fine wine but with a touch of oxydation. The veil is old, it begins to die and stop to protect the wine, it appears some oxydize notes.
Full maturation, we fill in this single cask both flavors: mineral, floral from the wine and a touch of coffee been, roasted from the oxydation.
570 bottles and 24 magnums are made the 1st September 2025, when our distributors come at our annual meeting!
