Their team (Joe, Sam, Jeremy and Harry) has selected a beautiful old PX cask. Malt whisky distilled in Scotland the 17th November 2000, a little younger than our usual Very Sherried with a stronger alcohol concentration of 52.50% alc./vol., this old malt shows an nice energy. Concentrated, full of dried flowers, tabaco flavors and an elegant spicy sweet Sherry influence. Nice balance between energy and Sherry.
Very limited edition, 240 bottles of 500ml have been made the 11th May 2023.
