Bottled at cask strength, mellow and complex, the alcohol is felt with a nice balance between wonderful savagnin flavors and expressive tinge of bitter and high acidity.
Be careful, this whisky shows some sediments coming from the flor veil and the lees. Feed backs sound extrem: either love or hate!
