In our casks exchange story, we hoped to can purpose some old V.J. maturation, take the time to concentrate such flavors like Vin Jaune could give.
We are pleased to can purpose a blended of three different casks more than 10 years : 2012, 2015 and 2016 justifying the name "Very"
All the 3 casks came from Stéphane Tissot: one Vin Jaune W, one Vin Jaune les Bruyères and one cask of La Mailloche.
Exceptionnal: very sapid, smooth and full energy, just a tea spoon of water before bottling.
925 bottles (in 700ml exceptionnally) and 24 magnums are made in July 2026.
As Stephane likes to say: La Vie est Belle !
