When a Blended whisky could be ennobled by a long ageing. A tea spoon of peated malt whisky in the blend helps to enhance all the savors, giving a lot of complexity.
It's composed by an high proportion of Grain whisky disitlled in 2007 aged in very old PX casks, blended with old malt whiskies slightly peated.
We are pleased to share our classic Cap a Pie whisky which is made with a high proportion of old malt whiskies; in this case we are delighted to share an up graded Cap a Pie : the UPPER CAP!
Lightely diluted, it's very concentrated, rich with a lonf after taste. What a pleasure to give back the great image of Blended Whisky.
In February 2026, 900 bottles of 700ml and 24 magnums are made.
