It's the first time, we propose a whisky distilled in France. Looking for different suppliers who could adapt and follow a personal process (long fermentation, special distillation's cuts, wood burn still system...), French distilleries have been helpful. Some added years of maturation are needed for the next bottling Unexpected 2. Fidele to our flavors' image, this whisky is complex, rich, smooth with a well balanced, purposes a large range of fruits flavors with a heart very concentrated and an after taste complex reminding cereals. Tight but not agressive, it appears older than reality.
Barley variety: Vanessa, organic culture, 700 litres still for double distillation.
