Whisky matured 13 years in Fino cask and its last 5 years in Spirale cask from Stéphane Tissot (wine made wih grapes dried on strew).
Very soft beginning, mellow with high raisin influence, nice acidity in mouth which gives a great powerful. Very special, this whisky is a nice bridge between Jura wine world and our whiskies. Outstanding of concentration, it's completely enhanced by the wine.
