FLEETING Single cask série O

Presentation

When the previous Fleeting (N in 2014) was matured in Ruby Port cask, this Fleeting O is matured in White Port Pipe. Opposite, it's light, sublte, and delicate. Elegant and fine, without any alcohol agressivity, smooth, and round, its after taste is very complex and long. Bottled at cask strength 43.80%, without filtration as usual, it becomes very easy to drink thanks to its mature age. Slightly toasted flavors remind old Tawnies, its elegant rancio gives freshfull feelings. Bottled in 500ml square bottles numroted 1 to 740, it's purposed in 2017.
