FLEETING N is 3 SINGLE CASK WHISKIES blended together, all distilled the 15th July 1999 in Scotland, matured in refill casks firstly and in Port casks since the 31st January 2011. RUBY port casks came from the QUINTA DO CONVENTO’S PEDRO DASAGUIAS PORTO DE LA POUSSE D'OR made by the cooper FRANCOIS FRERE. Fleeting N is purposed in 500ml square bottles numeroted 1 to 1600, bottled in 2014. Fresh red wine influence, silky and round texture, reminding red fruits flavors as Pinot noir. Nervous and tight palate, fresh and bitter flavors remind the beer with an elegant and long after taste. Port influence is subtle and elegant, in after taste mainly.
