Single Malt Whisky initially aged in a dry Sherry Fino cask and racked in 2018 in a beautiful freshly emptied 500 litres Meursault cask supplied by Florent Garaudet.
Last years, it's left in the wet cellar in order to can obtain a natural low abv of 48% vol.
The wooden flavors are fine and subtil. Mineral and delicate, Meursault touch can be felt with a silky touch.
It's the first time we purpose a whisky aged in Burgundy barrel, with hope to can feel the Chardonnay elegance.
The bottling is made the 29th April 2025, 631 bottles of 500ml are purposed.
