Our new Port ageing edition. Full aged in very old pipe of Colheita from Grahams Symington Deware.
It's classified as an Aleksé because the texture is soft, suave and the length is fresh, spicy, very opened with an elegant rancio. No woody, this campher touch makes this malt whisky very elegant.
50% vol natural strength is well combined, not strong, giving a "easy to drink" style. Both simple and complex makes it's really enjoyable.
A touch of tanin from the red wine gives a specific touch, reminding the full ageing.
1200 bottles of 500ml are made in 2026
