Presentation

Presentation

The first time that Michel Couvreur purposes a triple distillated Irish whisky.
Less spiced than Scottish, this spirit is very fine and delicate, the ageing reacted differently in Malaga butt. Under an effective fragility, it's very complex and long.
Actually, its long and aromatic after taste is very floral, with a beautiful rancio.
Not matured in Chenin cask, like the Chapter I, we have given the same name ALBA because the same delicate tasting.
Bottled at cask strength, 866/500ml bottles made the 30th June 2021.
