Presentation

Bottled upon request at 45% cask strength. Fresh almond flavors, floral, lightly woody, enhanced by Sherry spicy notes. Round and mellow. Intense firsts flavors, more complex and proof length. Complex, slightly toasted, coffee, floral, very long aftertaste, very smooth thanks to the Sherry. Well balanced between round Sherry flavors and tight fresh green tea flavors.
Total of 372 bottles purposed between 2014 and 2017. It will be replaced by the next old vintage (1990) in 2017.
