Some nice beverages exchange made that we share some casks with the famous Jura wine producer Stephane Tissot. After have been matured more than 20 years in Spanish Fino cask, this whisky is matured the last years in a cask impregnated with Vin de Paille (grapes dried on strew) names "Spirale". Very concentrated and intense nose, it demands time and patience to be enjoyed. Opened, a great spicy complexity with a lot of nervous can be smelt. Fabulous balance between acidity, mineral density and supple texture. Mellow, gorgeous raisin taste, honey, it appears very easy. Its finish is very complex and deep: slightly woody, his tastes remind quince and stewed apple. Purposed in 2016 to 2018.

Tasting suggestions

Could be served slightly chilled, his fabulous complexity will be reachable warmer, at room temperature.
