As spirit as Couvreur's Clearach but older: 10 years in sweet PX cask instead of 3, matured in middle humid cellar. 52% alc./vol. cask strength, reduced to 47% alc./vol.. Bottled in 500ml suqare bottles, numeroted 1 to 1495, purposed in 2015.
Palate very round and mellow, lovely tight and fresh thanks to its 47%. Spicy, mellow, with a round structure, it purposes a very large range of flavors. It reminds the Clearach with its fresh almond flavors, a touch of anis and white beer flavors. Very complex aftertaste enhanced by sweet PX maturation when the mellow is balanced with spicy tight.
