Presentation

The same spirit as Couvreur’s Clearach, but older (10 years instead of 3) in the dry cellar. Reduced from 56% to 47% alc./vol. Nice rancio reminding Oloroso flavors. Fresh almond, lightely woody. Nice tight with farm flavors, still elegant. Spicy, round, with a soft structure, very delicate palate aftertaste. Toasted with an elegant fresh aftertaste. It reminds the Clearach by the fresh almond flavors, the added maturation gives round, mellow and complec structure.
