HIGH PEATY OVERAGED MALT WHISKY CERBACO 2021

Presentation

Made upon the request of our Australian distributor Cerbaco. Our upper classic "Overaged blended malt whisky" has been enhanced with some peated malts.
We tried to find a balance between malts matured in Sherry butts (spicy, soft, mellow) and peated malt whiskies -approx 35 ppm) like a sweet and salted: two opposited savors which gave a great complexity.
A very soft dillution at 46% before bottling has been made, at this level of alcohol peat savors keep very balanced.
507 bottles have been made in April 2021
