Casks exchanges make discover new styles. Jura Vin Jaune casks, freshly emptied, non rinsed, no sulfites, letting all the lees inside.
2057 bottles (some magnums) are sold in 2017. Limited quantity demand that bottles be reserved in advance.
Bottled at cask strength, alcohol feeling is well balanced, savagnin flavors are wonderful, very expressive with a tinge of bitter.
Be careful, this whisky shows a lot of sédiments coming from the flor veil and the lees. Feed backs are extrem: love or hate!

Like Vin Jaune, must be tried with chicken or Comté cheese.
