Presentation

Presentation

When the ageing appears amazing. The word "Pristine" means in old English: traditional. Aged more than 35 years in PX cask, this single malt whisky appears fragile, subtle, elegant at the beginning, when opened, it becomes amazing of complexity, reminding orange, honey, spices flavors with in a perfect balance. The length and the flavors' consistance makes believe to feel a piece of eternity. In 2005, a 38 y.o. small batch was purposed, then between 2006 and 2011, 700 bottles, labelled at 35 y.o. were sold at cask strength only: 56% at the beginning, 53%, 49.50% and then 47% for the last bottles.
