After three editions of French Unexpected, this is the time to purpose a French classic range.
Approx 10 casks blending of 3 differents French distilleries : 8 years from V... in Fino casks, 8 years from R... both peated and unpeated in PX casks and 12 years from D... in both Amontillado and Oloroso casks.
An harmony composed by heavy flavors is looked for. The based distillates are concentrated, the casks are very old and fully impregnated, a peated malt whisky tea spoon gives a nice complexity. The after taste reminds the roasted coffee beans which gives a nice greediness.
The project would be to purpose this new range for the next five years before we could purpose our 100% home made whisky...patiently.
