Hyphen because it's a blend like a "chaud-froid" made with both Scottish and french distillates. 75% of malt whisky distilled in Scotland in 2006, elegant and subtle aged 17 years in Fino and Chenin barrels (Sot de l'Ange à Azay le Rideau), a little tired with a low alcohol strength. 25% of peated Malt Whisky distilled in France in 2016, aged 7 years in an old Moscatel cask, full of energy and aromatics.
Like a brown miso, the French spirit enhances the savors, wake up the blend giving an umami savor. Natural strength bottling at 46% alc./vol., easy to drink and complex.
Beautiful balence between spicy and elegance, a delicate length with a touch of toasted.
Approx 900 bottles made in 2024.
