THE UNEXPECTED 3 FRENCH SINGLE MALT WHISKY 2023

Here is the third chapter of our French Whiskies editions : The Unexpected 3, like the second, it has been distilled in French Alpen, from Vanessa organic barley. The new make spirit was very concentrated, full of flavors. The whisky has been matured in different Sherry casks (Amontillado, Oloroso, Fino and PX), mostly in humid cellar, bottled at natural strength of 50% alc./vol.
The blend is subtle and elegant, with a strong aromatic concentration. A great bright after taste.
No peat, no smoke, cereals flavors being very expressive.
Blended made in February 2023, 2500 bottles and 45 magnums are obtained.
