2023 Single cask selection. It's matured in a very old Oloroso butt, it tastes very elegant, subtle and very long.
Outstanding single cask. Without woody savors, no bitter, it's very delicate, fresh and spicy. It's complex with a long after taste. It shows a great energy with a beautiful final, extremly light. It's a beautiful witness of both powerful and elegant savors: a great complexity without peat.
